Creative Surfaces Inc. is quickly becoming the "Installer of Choice" for many end users needing a turn-key solution for their flooring improvement. Our specialty is Polished Concrete Flooring, providing nationwide service.
Field Superintendents operate grind and polish equipment and work to lead a Successful project team on job-sites throughout the U.S. We are currently seeking a dependable individual that is a self-starter with excellent leadership skills. Qualified applicants must be experienced in the field supervision for all phases of concrete flooring applications. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. Hands on skills to work with tools and machinery to perform various phases of concrete polishing is a strong plus.
You must be willing to travel and work an average of 2 or more consecutive weeks at a time.
Concrete Polishing experience is necessary. A valid driver’s license is required. A DOT physical may be required as you will have to drive company vehicles. You must be able to drive a truck with a trailer.
We provide lodging while working out-of-town jobs, provide a per diem expense for food, and pay for travel time to and from job-sites if you drive our vehicles. Starting pay will be based on your experience.
